Our Pablo Beach Career Agents have the opportunity for territorial exclusivity once their agencies are open, and have full access to write business with each of our contracted insurance providers in accordance with their geographical guidelines. All business is written in PBIG, LLC codes, and PBIG, LLC owns all business. Customer service is directed to the home office in Jacksonville. That frees the Career Agents to concentrate on selling insurance, maximizing their potential to grow their Agency as quickly as possible, and not get bogged down with service.

Career Agents go through a thorough interview process, plus background and reference checks. Agents selected are expected to be of high moral character, reflecting the Pablo Beach Insurance Group’s own corporate culture. If you are chosen as a Pablo Beach Career Agent, you will be trained by founder and CEO Shaun Murphy and our corporate office support staff. Shaun personally trains and mentors Career Agents.
